Our course is provided by the American Safety Institute and is approved by the Department of Children and Families.  Divorce filed in Clay, Collier, Duval or Hillsborough counties should contact the Clerk of Court to confirm if the Court will accept an online course.

Welcome to the Department of Children & Families Approved 4-Hour Parent Education and Family Stabilization Course.  The State of Florida requires that all parents divorcing with minor children attend a Parent Education and Family Stabilization course.  More information on this law can be found in the Florida Statue #61.21
